Karyn Louritt

Hi! I’m Karyn! You already know that I am a counselor (LCMHC-A). I have also been a teacher, school administrator, foster parent and nanny. Because of my background, I am able to see concerns from various perspectives, which makes me an easy person to work with.

Most adults describe me as calm and grounded; kids say I am fun.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I am trained in Child Centered Play Therapy, Child Parent Relationship Therapy, EMDR Core Skills, Trust Based Relational Intervention and I am a Highly Sensitive Person Specialist.
